By accessing or using Roha ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are under 18, you confirm that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

2. Description of Service

Roha provides AI-powered personalised learning for K-12 students in India. The service includes an AI tutor, progress tracking, competency assessment, and practice activities. Features may vary between Free and Premium plans.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. One account per student; parents may have a separate linked account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Roha only for educational purposes. You may not attempt to circumvent the AI tutor's coaching mode to obtain direct answers, share your account with others, or use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property

The Roha platform, including its AI models, user interface, and documentation, is the property of Roha EdTech. Content you scan from your textbooks remains your property; however, we may use anonymised learning patterns to improve our service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Roha is an educational aid and does not guarantee specific academic outcomes. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
