1. Information We Collect

When you create a Roha account, we collect your name, email address, grade, school, and preferred languages. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google profile information (name and email). We also collect learning activity data to personalise your experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide personalised learning experiences, track progress, generate competency profiles, and communicate with you about your account. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Children's Privacy

Roha is designed for students in Grades 3–10. For students under 13, we require parental consent and provide parent-linking features so guardians can monitor their child's learning. We comply with applicable children's privacy regulations.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure token-based authentication, and data partitioning by student. All data is stored on Microsoft Azure infrastructure in India.

5. Data Retention

We retain your learning data for as long as your account is active. Longitudinal student profiles are designed to compound over years to provide the best learning experience. You can request account deletion at any time.
